Focus on Solutions not Problems
If something happens that you find stressful but you really have to deal with it, don’t look at it as a problem. Look at finding the best solution and be grateful for learning something new from it.
When something upsetting or difficult pops up, of course it catches me for a minute or two. But practice has made it easy now for me to stop, look at the situation or ‘problem’ and ask “what can I learn from this?” and “what’s the solution?”
I have learned so much from myself this past year. I have gone from the negative to the positive – and (lol!) I now have no problem speaking about myself like this! I have gone from feeling powerless to powerful and I will NEVER go back to my old way of thinking now that I have seen how looking on the bright side of every situation can actually change my reality
Remember the best solution to any situation will come automatically once you begin looking for the positive in it rather than the negative.
